General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Chemical Operator is responsible for taking daily inventory, completing daily production, and unloading raw materials.

* Sign-on bonus to be paid as follows: $500.00 to be paid within 30 days of start date; remaining $500.00 to be paid after 6 months of successful service with Wilbur-Ellis.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

• Operate all the production processes according to procedures. Open and close tanks and production lines to move raw materials to the reactor and finished products to the storage tanks
• Complete mixing report documenting product quantity
• Inspect pumps, production lines, and tanks daily for leaks and wear
• Clean tanks, screens, and filters
• Monitor cooling tower for proper operation
• Unloading rail cars and/or tractor-trailers
• Clean tanks, screens, and filters
• Complete daily inventory
• Other duties as needed
