General Role Description

The Front of House (FOH) team member role is an operational role within the business. Every FOH team member is responsible for filling multiple operational roles in their scheduled shift as communicated by the Shift Supervisor. These roles may include, serving guests by taking orders, fulfilling orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, front counter and restrooms, working outside in the drive-thru, taking out trash and many other roles as well. Every team member is responsible for providing a remarkable guest experience from their area of the business.
