Our client is an innovative mid-cap engineering and manufacturing enterprise serving unique commercial/industrial sectors with specialty engineered products. They are well-established and a leader in their space a with strong base for further growth, acquisitive and organic, across International and Domestic geographies.
We are looking to strengthen the executive team with a hands-on, operationally savvy, proactive Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth as well as organizational change while working with a lean team. This role will be key in building of the foundational systems and processes to provide a strong base for growth while making sure the day-to-day fundamentals are executed on. The ideal candidate will have experienced successful high growth strategies and infrastructure build-outs in an engineered manufacturing environment with special attention to inventory management and efficient costing. They will be a disciplined, metrics-driven change agent focused on the bottom-line and willing to work “in the trenches”. They will have proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, particularly infusing a data-driven decision-making mindset and bottom-line focused discipline operating within a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
Background experience in automotive, medical device, aerospace, electronics or industrial equipment engineering/manufacturing will be required background for this role.
