JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in our mission. As a CRO, your main focus will be to support and unify various sales teams and develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets across multiple lines of business. You will be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of scaling revenue streams through existing sales channels, and to develop and build new sales channels. You will partner with existing sales and marketing leaders to implement the overall sales plan and coordinate sales and marketing efforts across platforms. You will partner with Operations leaders to plan for new capacity to support the new growth your teams will deliver. Through your leadership, your teams will coordinate a smooth handoff from sales to operations to ensure a superior quality patient experience. In addition, you will mentor, train, and motivate the sales teams to accomplish the monthly, quarterly and annual sales team goals. You’ll also focus on building relationships with eAssist’s key partners. MUST BE LOCATED IN UTAH OR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO UTAH.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set sales goals for each business unit with the executive leadership team and stakeholders to achieve the organization’s overall strategic growth plans. -
Design and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals.

Design and implement compensation plans for sales team members.

Co-create and communicate sales goals with C-Level executives. Report successes and/or failures to the C-level executives monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Partner with multiple internal sales leaders to ensure alignment and performance of the organization’s revenue strategy and the execution and completion of performance metrics and milestones.

Monitor the revenue pipeline and sales leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth and target achievement.

Coordinate with Operations and Talent Onboarding teams to plan for new capacity to support new clients.

Support and coordinate with Launch Teams the successful handoff of new offices from sales to operations.

Lead the effort to develop specialized sales teams to support new sales channels and high-value targets (i.e., a dedicated Multi-Site dental group sales team).

Oversee and develop tools and resources to support the sales team in accomplishing their individual and team goals.

Work with the sales leaders to strategize and implement effective changes within the sales team

Explore the viability and plan for an outbound sales and nurture, follow-up strategy

Collaborate with the marketing department leaders across all brands to ensure cohesive messaging, timing and analytics

Train and mentor sales teams to increase close rates and build talent

Attend trade shows as needed to support and lead sales teams to develop and improve the selling process, cross-training team members, improve sales-closing purposes, and support the closure of high-value accounts.

Build a “green & clean,” self-managed, self-motivated sales teams that are highly functional, achieving their stewardship, accomplishing the sales goals, and building trust with each other.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
-
10-15 years of experience in sales and in-depth knowledge of marketing, strategy, and operations required -
Experience in a CRO, CSO, Director, or VP-level Sales role

Proven success with a track record of hitting sales targets and going above and beyond for the company
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
BA required; MBA strongly preferred

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
MUST BE LOCATED IN UTAH OR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO UTAH. Remote with occasional travel to visit large multi-site customers to close sales. No special physical demands are required.
