Child Care Center Director Job at GATEWAY LEARNING CENTER
The primary function of the director is staffing, receivables, and daily operations. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, preparing the documents and filing claims with CACFP, ensuring subsidy users swipe their EBT cards, billing and collecting tuition, parent communication, staff and parent complaints, maintaining licensing and accreditation standards, notifying your regional manager of maintenance or vehicle needs, and above all else maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of the children in your care. Directors typically open the building and work until the center is in good operating order for the evening. This salary position is a minimum 40 hours per week.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
