School Age Child Care Coordinator
JOB GOAL:
To ensure an office's smooth and efficient operation so that the department’s maximum positive impact on children’s education can be realized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tracks all state-mandated training for
- Manages staff records in the MO OPEN
- Enters staff training information in
- Compiles individual staff files- records include training certificates, TB tests, Child Care Safety Registry, CPR certificates, and background screenings.
- Confirms all new hires are registered with the Child Care Safety Registry, have completed fingerprinting, and have an eligibility letter for state compliance.
- Monitor all building registrations and
- Obtain building fire
- Prepares personal files for each student receiving
- Organizes and maintains a master authorization list for all students receiving Family Support benefits.
- Tracking and submitting all attendance records for each student receiving
- Processing payments received from Family Support Division and completing payment resolution requests.
- Sets up and reconciles billing and payments on EZChildtrack
- Communicates with families regarding account and authorization
- Approves Family Support applications in
- Attend all required training/meetings with the Division of Family
- Collaborates with surrounding school
- All other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The individual who holds this position is regularly required to walk, hear and speak and must have close moderate, and distance vision ability. This individual must be able to travel between district facilities. The position requires a reasonable amount of travel and physical activity.
CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is consistent with a typical office/school environment.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and work calendar to be established by the Board Of Education. Benefits according to Board policies.

EVALUATION:
The performance of this job will be evaluated by provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluations utilizing the Performance Based Support Staff Evaluation process.
