We are looking for a knowledgeable, pro-active, trustworthy Sales Associate with an excellent work ethic! We pride ourselves on providing a full-service experience for our Atomic Air customers. We are aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic sales associates who are looking for an opportunity to make money and to have fun doing it! As an Atomic Air team member, you will be responsible for all job-duties and day-to-day store operations. You will help create a lucrative environment for yourself and the team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Must be able to follow instructions and be fully trustworthy
• GREAT TIME MANAGEMENT IS A REQUIREMENT - Time & Attendance : MUST be on time

• ACCURATELY and honestly manage transactions

• Inventory management: Purchasing, tagging, and daily inventory checks

• Assist management in organizing special promotions, displays and events

• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

• Manage cash logs and investigate discrepancies (for opening and closing shifts only)

• Manage OPEN/CLOSE store procedures - fill out shift log in its entirety

Sales & Customer Service:

• Provide an enjoyable sales experience for every customer

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Respond to customer queries and resolve customer complaints

• Sales: Smoke, Vape, and CBD & Delta products

• Sell appropriate products based on customer needs

• Provide product knowledge

• Promote additional products that support customer’s experience

• Ensure you have the product knowledge and tools for success (ask questions if needed)

• Manage daily shifts and create weekly schedules appropriately (down-time task)

• Create a positive, enthusiastic working culture within the store

• Maintain open lines of communication with the team, providing continued support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• General retail operations or inventory experience

• Strong working knowledge of sales and customer service best practices

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented

• Results driven

• Bilingual (Preferred)

• Basic computer skills

• Outgoing personality and sales driven

• Self-starter with excellent time management skills

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
