We are looking for a Facilities Engineer 2

• Our company is looking for a hardworking and passionate AutoCAD Drafter to work with us.
• As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will be responsible for updating existing drawings using marked-up drawings or incorporating As-Built drawings from contractors into our site drawings.
• Our needs primarily focus on updating architectural drawings.
• Civil drawings MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) drawings and you will have experience with these types of technical drawings.
• You will also be responsible for following verbal instructions from the Engineers, Technicians and others.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for storing and filing all these designs in the database.
• You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Must be US Citizen
• Gathering the scanned, marked up or As-Builts to be worked.
• Prioritized tasks based on emergent needs.
• Have the ability to manage work to ensure work is completed on time.
• Have the ability to identify inconsistencies in drawings.
• Have the ability to incorporate changes and additions using the existing drawing format.
• Have the ability to ensure external references are updated with changes to our network file structure.
• Reviewing the sketches and drawings during the meetings.
• Update drawings using appropriate AutoCAD software.
• Create new drawings as needed using existing drawings formats or templates.
• Finalizing the final AutoCAD model to be used for the production and converting them to easy to view PDF.
• Storing and filing the drawings for future references.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $52.00 - $61.54 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
