Civil CAD Designer
Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Seeking a Civil 3D CAD Designer to work alongside staff Engineers in the design and production of construction drawings for various water, wastewater and stormwater projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare plan, profile, and alignment drawings for water, wastewater and stormwater pipelines
- Prepare paving, grading and drainage drawings
- Prepare site plans, plans, sections, and details for water, wastewater and stormwater facilities.
- Coordination with other disciplines.
- Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards and styles.
- Produce and manage drawing sets
- Ability to work on a team and collaborate with other designers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Completion of technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate Degree desired.
- Basic understanding of basic civil engineering design principles required.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D Software skills required.
- Attention to detail required.
