Job Description

As a Trex Claims Resolution Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the evaluation, resolution and management of homeowner and channel claims.

As a member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be helping evaluate all documented and claim-related data.

DUTIES

• Evaluate all documentation and related information to determine claim approval.
• Negotiate the most suitable, reasonable and equitable resolution of a product issue.
• Ensure all case data is updated.
• Identify issues that may indicate a rising product concern or safety-related complaint.
• Approve financial commitments related to proposed claim settlements.

• Ensure that offers for claim resolutions are within company policy.

EXPERIENCE

A bachelor’s degree or two-to-three years of claims or customer service experience is required. If you’ve worked as a customer care specialist or claims analyst, you’re Trex material for sure.

Have experience in problem resolutions or data management? You’ll fit in just fine.
