Claims Trainer

As the Claims Trainer you will be responsible for onboarding new employees to the organization as well as supporting the claims operation by facilitating learning initiatives. The position requires the ability to quickly respond to changing business needs, deliver training programs with enthusiasm and a high level of quality and ensure that best practices are utilized. The Claims Trainer also acts in a leadership role and may cover supervisor duties. You must have the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION: CLAIMS TRAINER

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality In-Person and Virtual training modules
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and organize and deliver training programs for injury and non injury adjusters
• Skilled level of computer navigation skills
• Ability to act as temporary Claim Supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manages continuing education and licensing for the claims group

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to obtain a Texas Adjuster License

Education & Experience:

• Experience - Prior claims experience with knowledge in auto claims handling preferred.
• Desire to continuously learn - staying up to date on industry knowledge and taking initiative to assess company/employee needs
• Organizational skills - attention to detail, time management, focus on priorities, thoroughness and follow up
• Tech savvy- Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigation skills
• Effective communication - using clear, concise written and verbal communications and decision making abilities
• Drive - self-motivated to find the answers, solve problems, and stand for a highly-ethical approach in all you do
• Interpersonal skills - modeling an optimistic attitude and compassion when handling difficult conversations

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM and extended hours/weekends/holidays depending on business needs.

This is a hybrid position. (In Office/Remote)
