The
Lodge Services Specialist performs custodial and maintenance duties in the lodge facilities and around the mountain. This individual works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations. With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel, bump chairs, and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.

Lodge Servies Specialist:
- Provide daily cleaning, shoveling and servicing of the Boreal Main Lodge, Woodward Tahoe and Soda Springs facilities.
- Ensure that the entryways, seating areas, indoor walkways, elevator, stairs and restrooms are clean, safe and sanitary.
- Be personable and approachable with guests and employees
- Be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies, push mops, brooms and vacuum cleaners and shovel snow.
- Possess a strong work ethic and able to stay on task at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to understand and follow through with instructions
- Ability to use various cleaning tools and appliances properly
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform various duties involved in cleaning
- Ability to use equipment and supplies economically
- Self-motivation, ability to work alone, at times unsupervised
- Safety awareness at all times
- Ability to work around the public and assist them with problems they may encounter during their visit
