Coastal Cleaning Service is a small business in Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach, FL. We are professional, fast-paced and rewarding. We are seeking a detail oriented Cleaning Tech to join our team. As a cleaning tech, you will be responsible for cleaning vacation rental properties professionally and in a timely fashion. As we are quickly approaching the summer busy season, guest will be checking out as new guest are arriving. First impressions are memorable and our goal at Coastal Cleaning Service is to ensure a timely, clean and sanitized, oasis escape for every guest.

Cleaning Technician's Duties & Responsibilities:

• On the job Training
• Travel to the customer's property in a timely and professional manner
• Review cleaning tasks or list for each property
• Sanitize and disinfect all high-touch surface areas
• Wash all linens and towels
• Clean Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Patio
• Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors
• Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery areas
• Dust blinds and Clean windows
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens

Cleaning Technicians Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check & drug test (Zero Tolerance for Theft or Drugs/Alcohol)
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods

You MUST be able to work independly and be responsible and follow instructions. As you represent our company you must be respectful and honest. You must perform all job related task assigned to you. You must be physically capable of performing light too strenuous labor.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
