HealthComp is hiring a Client Administration Specialist, this role is a critical function of the department as it supports key functions of the sales team as well as client retention. The individual in this role will have responsibility for the marketing and tracking of renewals and monthly billings. In addition, this role is responsible for managing the work requests between BAS and the stop loss marketing vendor to ensure timely turn around for stop loss proposals. This role will have direct contact with Brokers and/or client HR designees to present and the content of proposals. Timely, prompt and professional customer service is the cornerstone for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare marketing package for stop loss.

· Prepare paperwork for New and Renewing Clients.

· Build billing and stop loss information.

· Populate TPA Office and Smart Sheets for Renewing Clients.

· Log Renewal Request.

· Prepare Renewal and Recap presentations.

· Check Policies for Accuracy.

· Manage internal and external relationships including stop loss vendors and other partners. Track key data elements to ensure proposals are delivered to clients timely and accurately.

REQUIRMENTS

· Must have working knowledge of employee benefit plans.

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have Work experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

· Must be able to handle short timelines.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be organized and neat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
