OVERVIEW:

Performs a variety of administrative and sales duties in support of the Wealth Management team in conformance with established Bank and LPL Financial policies and procedures. Delivers extraordinary client service while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Completes daily responsibilities while effectively managing time to complete special projects.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains regular contact with clients according to their segmentation. (Monthly, Quarterly etc.)
  • Ensures regular meetings between clients and advisors according to their segmentation
  • Greets clients and makes them feel comfortable while visiting the office
  • Manages all incoming referrals and required follow up
  • Acute sensitivity to compliance requirements
  • Coordinates all activities related to client and public events
  • Manages advertising content in harmony with the Marketing Department, ensuring fresh content
  • Manages and controls the administration of CRM system
  • Maintains client files as well as prospectus files
  • Locates, maintains and creates content for branch trainings

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher
  • An ability to multitask and operate in tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (previous experience with Redtail CRM preferred)
  • Previous financial services industry experience helpful
