Responsibilities

  • Skills: patient access specialist, administrative assistant experience, unit secretary
  • Assist with client intake and new patient onboarding
  • Ensure the invoices are completed accurately, timely and according to company policy.
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Manage Medicaid Waiver Programs (CCSP & Source)
  • Billing: Reporting EVV claims in Tellus
  • Billing: Reporting e-claims in Change Healthcare
  • Audit, submit, & follow-up on long term insurance claims
  • Auditing Client files & performing mock audit
  • Performing client exit interviews
  • Manage & respond to incoming calls from clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
