We are hiring a Client Engagement Manager to join our team! We’re based in Greenwood Village, CO.

What will you be doing?

The primary responsibility of the Client Engagement Manager is to drive revenue growth and customer value by
establishing and building customer loyalty . The Client Engagement Manager acts as an essential connection point between the company and our customer.

  • Drive brand growth, attract potential customers, and increase loyalty among existing customers.
  • Give our customers something meaningful beyond a sales pitch by providing real-time consultation and business insight.
  • Understand the short-term and long-term goals of the client and build a plan to identify and evaluate solutions to achieve the client’s desired outcome and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to satisfy customers and to ensure that loyalty and recognized value have been delivered.
  • Connect with suppliers and stakeholders to develop and deploy strategic plans to optimize the customer experience.
  • Continually educate yourself on the technology landscape and proactively share concepts and ideas with clients.

Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of Client Engagement and quota driven experience in a professional services or consulting environment – Experience in Technology industry is ideal.
  • Ability to think strategically. Long-term planning and executing experience within mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to listen and respond to issues and expectations of the client.
  • Effective and efficient communicator both verbally and written, including presenting to decision-makers up to C-level.
  • Experience being accountable and responsible for client relationships and solution lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Here’s what we offer:
  • $100k annual salary plus commission = $120-$140k On-Target Earnings, based on performance-NO CAP
