Client IT Onboarding Specialist Job at Proven Business Systems
The Client Onboarding Specialist will support the client through the MNS onboarding process. The Client Onboarding Specialist owns and executes the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Create & Deliver Customer Kick off Presentation
- Create Documentation, Reporting, and Client Portals
- Document and Add all Onsite Data Collection Admin Credentials & App/Admin Console locations
- Handle all Escalations/Communication with Customer/Rep through Onboarding
- Attend Internal Kick off, Customer Kick off & Service Hand off Meetings
- Confirmation of Client Critical Success Factors
- Perform onsite Assessment/Collection/Pictures
- Follow Up with Customer on Missing Documentation
- Confirm Number of Assets to Contract
- Licensing Review
- Complete follow up calls with clients after onboarding completion
- Work with VCIO, PM, and MNS Help Desk to successfully manage the onboarding process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management or related field
- 2 plus years of experience in the IT field
- 3 plus years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- High level analytical skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate
- Previous leadership experience a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
