Client Onboarding Manager Job at Principal Financial Group
Your day will be filled with:
- Working independently, act as a consultant and actively advise clients and prospects as they navigate through the acquisition/implementation phase of onboarding.
- Establishing and improving client/intermediary relationships through effective communication and delivery of expectations to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners.
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the client's data and set up to ensure ongoing success.
- Mentoring and coaching team members along with managing and/or participating in special projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience required.
- Defined benefit knowledge and customer service skills strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analytical, innovative, and creative thinking along with problem solving skills.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, including verbal, written, phone, and presentation skills.
- Strong initiative and organization skills to work efficiently to meet deadlines on multiple transitions.
