DAY-TO-DAY
This part-time customer service position typically works in the office Monday-Friday from 2 pm - 6 pm.
As a Client Service Rep, you effectively schedule service appointments for our chimney technicians. You answer phone calls from clients, contact our field technicians, and make return calls when necessary. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have. You get great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service and enjoy helping the team from the office!
