       This position serves as a systems administrator with experience in system administration and/or Point-of-Sale system knowledge. This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, documentation, and security of the Virginia ABC Retail Environment (in-store Virginia ABC Retail servers, registers, licensee workstations, VeriFone terminals, handheld scanners, and wireless access points) and supporting infrastructure (all servers and systems not in stores that directly support the retail environment). This position is responsible for the analysis and resolution of hardware/software problems associated with the Virginia ABC Retail Environment and supporting infrastructure. This position detects, diagnoses, and reports serious issues to management with possible solutions. This position is considered a SME and cross trains with other Client Services team members providing expert level help when necessary to other Virginia ABC personnel.

      - Application Programming and Maintenance
- Application Support
- Assist in certificate creation, deployment, and removal iOS /wireless/AirWatch Administration
- Provide support for the Virginia ABC Stores Retail operations
- Systems Administration, Monitoring and Maintenance
- Performance Management (required for employees who supervise others)
      Minimum Qualifications
     
 
     - Education, Licensure, Certification desired for entry into position: high school diploma or GED
      Preferred Qualifications
     
 
     - Degree from an accredited technology program such as vendor skill building school, community college and TIL v3 Foundation Certification
