Overview
As a Client Services manager, you will be leading a team of Associates working to serve clients in their dedicated region. You will be handling complex projects while also training and leading the team of Associates to manage their respective portfolios of work. You will be directly working with our clients in their efforts to understand the niche industries & markets they targeting.
Once you have mastered the core skills of a Client Services manager, you will have the opportunity to take on further regional responsibilities in client relationships and people management.
Responsibilities
- Leading, and managing a team of Associates in the local region;
- Active participation in client relationship management;
- Managing higher-level client communication for major projects which includes scoping, upselling services;
- Ensuring quality client relationship management, and smooth delivery across projects in your region;
- Coaching and training team to achieve KPI targets and thus contribute to revenue growth with high service levels across the regions;
- Track regional team performance and collaborate with other Client Service managers to plan metrics in support of driving up revenue;
- Active cooperation with teams located in other Cadence regions to meet deadlines on global translation projects
What you should have
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organization skills
- At least 2+ years total working experience, including at least 1+ account management/client services or equivalent
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
