The Client Service Manager will organize and coordinate new business administration, procedures, and client service items in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Support the Practice Manager in fine tuning intra-office communication protocols, and streamlining administrative procedures.
Manages the new client onboarding experience and is the first point of contact for client service interactions. Expected to build rapport with clients and provide the client with a positive experience.
This position takes an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and multitasking. You need to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting clients. LPL Financial experience is highly preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
· Correspond with clients on missing information or unanswered questions for accounts or financial planning onboarding
· Assist in helping clients transfer assets to the practice
· Submit and track all applications
· Ensure all client service work is tracked and completed to a client’s satisfaction
· Resolves client issues properly and in a timely fashion
· Ensure completion of investment strategies
· Complete data intake form for client for financial plan creation
· Occasionally meet with clients to have clients sign forms or while client’s complete certain applications.
· Help manage CRM Database
· Manage workflows
· Track outstanding business
· Works with team to ensure financial planning agreements and fees have been submitted
· Manage New client onboarding process
· Ensure clients are set up with online system access and are knowledgeable on the systems
· Ensure client reporting systems receive feeds for new accounts, feeds are renamed if needed
· Special projects as needed
· Greet clients – maintain likes and dislikes in CRM
· Update client info as necessary in CRM to ensure integrity of database
· Manages business in motion tracker
· Prepares for client meetings on a weekly basis
· Maintains vendor lists
· Acts on office priorities in a proactive way
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
