Part Time Position
Hours to be scheduled may include morning, afternoon or evenings shifts, Monday thru Friday. Must be available to work some evening shifts until 9pm and occasional Weekends.

The Role
Client Service Specialist manage the “front door” to all Council services. This team needs to provide the highest quality service possible to clients, visitors and staff at The Council. Key responsibilities include:
- Greets, directs, and assists clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Accept and document payment for services as instructed
- Answers telephones
- Create venue contracts and ensure that they are signed and executed
- Help with event set-up and clean-up
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Coordinate across the agency to ensure all needs for rental/event requirements are met

- Spanish Speaking Preferred
- Is able to work with external and internal groups and teams and have the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and timelines
- Is adept at interacting with diverse personalities, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information sometimes under stressful conditions
- Is able to identify a crisis situation and facilitate an appropriate response
- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Maneuver client database quickly and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Is able to lift 25 pounds
- Understanding of substance abuse issues preferred
- 2+ years professional experience in client services preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
