Client Success Representative Job at Pro Talent Group
Job Responsibilities: Client project management from initial PO process, preflight, timeline, material quoting and sourcing for approval, CSR responsibilities and direct client communications. Must have proven project management experience and ability to work with multiple stages of project implementation.
We are willing to pay more for solid experience in E-Commerce, Contract Assemble, and 3PL work. We do not consider being an Amazon picker EComm experience (SAP,SPS,B2B,B2C,D2C,Commerce Hub, Ship Station) or working for FedEx 3PL. Office caliber, well spoken, calm demeanor, ability to self study and self work. Experience in B2B a plus (Direct shipments to the major retailers (Clerical setup and data flow).
