The Hampden County Bar Association seeks an attorney to be our next Legal Clinic Director, to assist in fulfilling its commitment to providing pro bono services for those seeking legal services within Hampden County. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing existing pro bono programs; grant writing and review; developing new pro bono programs encouraging and facilitating pro bono activity across the local legal profession, and ensuring that pro bono activity under the auspices of the Hampden County Legal Clinic meets the highest standards of excellence and professionalism. Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience; full time with flexibility to attend evening events.
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, a license to practice law in Massachusetts. Two Years of Experience required. Experience in grant writing and development preferred. Experience in Housing Court or Family/Probate experience is a plus.
