Clinical Quality Improvement Manager Job at Northwestern Community Services Board
This position is responsible for clinical quality improvement of Northwestern Community Services Board’s mental/behavioral health programs. This position also provides leadership for employees through oversight of clinical credentials and provides direct supervision of LMHP types within their discipline. This employee ensures clinical program services are rendered in compliance with all relevant internal and external auditing sources while meeting compliance with service requirements and regulations promulgated by Licensure, HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and policies and procedural guidelines. This position requires a high level of professionalism and ethics surrounding confidentiality regarding client and personnel records and internal investigations occurrences/outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in relevant human services field*
- Current advanced clinical licensure (LCSW or LPC)
- Two years of post-licensure experience working in a behavioral health setting or with persons with serious mental illness, or qualifications as permitted by DBHDS
- Clinical, supervisory, and managerial experience in the provision of clinical program services in various treatment modalities and environments
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and the ability to provide own transportation

SALARY: Starting at $85,467.00
