CA Licensed psychologist or LCSW or LMFT or LPCC.
Only full-time positions are available.
Small client caseload required.
The Full-Time Supervisor position is 40 hours per week. 6 associates.
Weekly supervisor support group.

Compensation:$110,000 - $114,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Supervise 6 assigned associates and provide supervision weekly.
- Assists in clinical programming and development as needed.
- Assists with planning and implementing clinical training for clinicians in all areas needed.
- Assists in training in all administrative duties, policies, and procedures of the company and following billing protocols with clinicians. Able to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of intake client paperwork, agency paperwork, and billing procedures.
- Assists with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
- Developing presentations for training purposes if needed. (Voluntary).
- Attends weekly supervisor support meetings for networking and information sharing.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes pertinent information as needed.
- Works independently and part of our leadership team
- Provides on-call coverage for emergency consultation and intervention outside of regular work hours if needed.
- Responds appropriately to difficult emergency situations.
- Intervenes in crisis situations as needed with clinicians.
- Review the accuracy of documentation and ensures clinicians meet all required deadlines and content requirements for billing.
- Trains, evaluates, and develops corrective action plans, and provides write-ups, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for the team of clinicians when and if needed.
- Conducts regular case conferences with clinicians for supervision and consultation.
- Selects and facilitates discussion of cases, and supervises staff in assessing social, emotional, and economic causes of problem behavior and mental or emotional disorders. Developing and modifying treatment and approving alternative plans, termination, or transfer of cases; supervises consultation activities of employees; is responsible for reassignment of employee caseload.
- Ensures compliance with related federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintains current knowledge base on counseling issues regarding mental health and psychosocial disorders.
- Conducts 3-month, 6-month, and yearly reviews for your team of clinicians.
- Performs other duties as assigned and required to assist associates with following protocols and meeting expectations and standards.
- Review internal documents in a timely manner based on policies and procedures.
- Train and implement the use of Collaborative Note writing in sessions.
- Lead development and submission of training presentations to CAMFT for CEU approval. (Voluntary).
- Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain discretion when handling sensitive and/or confidential situations and documentation.
- Review Associate charts for completed notes and correct codes within one week.
- Audit your team's charts and provide recommendations.
- Must have the ability to work from home and provide services through telehealth.
- Love to work independently with support in all areas.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Trained in an evidenced practice (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.)
- Work at a high level independently and be flexible with change and be able to provide direction
- Have a quiet space at home to work with privacy
- Work ethically and with integrity
- EMR experience is a plus
- Manage calls and emails from office staff and clients
- Maintain Professionalism with clients and staff
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, Psy D
- Licensed to practice in California for at least 2 years
- Licensed for 2 years and able to supervise per state and BBS guidelines
- Previous experience in mental health as a therapist and a supervisor
