We currently have 4 clinics based throughout LA County (Burbank, Calabasas, Los Angeles, Whittier) and serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in the home, school, clinic, and community per week. We serve children, teens, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs.

With multiple modalities accessible, we can better support our clients and families’ individual needs and provide training opportunities in different modalities. We provide ABA, Social Skills Groups, Modified Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Counseling and DIR®/ Floortime™

Holding Hands, Inc. is currently looking for a mid-tier clinical supervisor who is a team player with strong communication and written skills. Primary responsibilities include behavioral assessment of individuals with ASD, supervising interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis, working closely with RBTs and BCBAs, providing in-home caregiver consultation and training, staff trainings, and working with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Work Location: In-person around the areas of Whittier, Montebello, Downey, and San Gabriel Valley. Telehealth when appropriate for the client and allowed by funding sources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, or accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- 1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
- CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
- Current TB clearance
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Excellent time management skills are a must
- Bilingual (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and design ABA-based programs and plans
- Oversee the implementation of 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings. Most supervision is provided in the field.
- Ensure that accurate and ongoing data is collected reliably on client’s programs and plans
- Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide immediate feedback and modeling
- Assess staff competency and performance through collection of fidelity of implementation and reliability data
- Administrative work, such as assisting with progress reports
- Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and consultations
- Work closely with a BCBA to make each client’s program run smoothly
