Primary Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to mental health clinicians
- Provide direct outpatient services to children, adolescents, and their family members utilizing multiple clinical modalities
- Monitor overall staff productivity and utilization of the clinic on a monthly basis
- Ensure all clinic staff members are fully trained and appropriately utilizing the Electronic Medical Record to manage documentation, lengths of stay, and ensure medical necessity criteria are met.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LCAT, LMFT)
- 3 years supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably working with children, with an astute understanding of the OMH 599 regulations
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service and sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented, ability to work independently and be an enthusiastic team player. Must have a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Ability to effectively work with individuals from a diverse array of cultural backgrounds, beliefs, customs, and lifestyles
- Ability to work 1-2 evenings per week and provide on-call support
