As a Clinical Systems Specialist, you will support the Integration and Operation teams by ensuring that Clinical Systems and applications are being fully leveraged to create seamless workflow for both our customer and internal users. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert on Clinical Systems, including Framework, DocuTrack, Point Click Care, SigmaCare, MatrixCare, etc.
- Develop, improve, track, and report meaningful and actionable metrics for improving Clinical Systems
- Audit both external (customer) and internal (employee) usage of Clinical Systems, reporting on findings and areas of opportunity to Integration and Operation teams
- Able to multi-task and work with deadlines
- Assist with Facility Issues portal entries, especially as it pertains to Clinical Systems
- Analyze trends from Facility Issues portal and audits to develop best practices
- Work with different levels and departments of the organization to implement best practices
- Participate in educational conference calls and webinars with customers in order to improve their ability to leverage Clinical Systems for better patient care
- Assist in defining new, and refine existing, processes and procedure to maximize efficient and consistent execution of Clinical Systems
- Other duties assigned as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED is required
- 2-4 years of experience in a regulated industry
- Able to work independently as well as in a diverse, team environment
- Able to stand on feet for 8 hours
- Reliable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor
- Good communication, investigation, and troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with narcotics filling, data entry, customer service, and Healthex procedure
- Familiar with 21 CFR, DEA compliance and regulations for narcotics
- Prior audit experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
