The Foster Care Clinical team is looking for a Licensed Clinician to join the team. The Clinician in the Therapeutic Foster Family Program provides clinical services to the youth placed in agency foster homes. We offer a flexible schedule, extensive training and clinical supervision.

What a Clinician with the Northern Rivers Foster Care program can expect:

• Provide assessment and general treatment planning, for all foster youth entering the program

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy for program youth and family in need or clinical services as stated in the treatment plan. All Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) can be delivered in the community where the youth resides, attends school and/or engages in services.

• Provide ongoing assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for all assigned individuals

• Conduct specialized risk assessments

• Attend all case-related meetings and staff meetings

• Participate in formal and informal supervision

• Complete regular case documentation

• Work Collaboratively with interdisciplinary team

Your experience and qualifications:

• Master's degree from accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related area.

• Must be currently licensed as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT OR Must be license eligible and have a limited permit in respective discipline.

Salary Commensurate with level of Licensure:
Salary for Licensed Clinician: $60,000
Salary for MSW/MHC Limited Permit Clinician: $50,000
