Job Description:
Manages all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to meet, and exceed, restaurant profitability when the General Manager is not on duty. Assists in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food. Forecasts food items.
Needed skills include:

We are looking to fill the closing manager position with one full time individual.
Closing shifts usually begin between 1p.m.-3 p.m. and end shortly after 9 p.m. but we are flexible on start times. (open availability is a plus!)
