• Monitor and maintain the health, stability, utilization, and any changes made to the cloud infrastructure and provide weekly and quarterly reports to IS Leadership team.
• Be responsible for managing IT cloud infrastructure, including resource/capacity planning, cost management through auto-scaling, and dynamic provisioning of resources for daily application as well as seasonal usage.
• Design, provide, and deploy services in cloud, including establishing standard and reusable cloud-based application architecture.
• Implement and maintain network connectivity between cloud providers (Azure, AWS, etc.) with on-prem network.
• Be responsible for deploying both in-house built applications and migrating on-premises infrastructure and applications to cloud.
• Support administration of Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based applications.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures as result of new tools, processes and/or systems for the support of business processes.
• Resolve incident tickets within SLA standard and tracks all network and cloud related incident service requests from start to finish via ServiceNow.
• Work collaboratively with Development, Database, and Cybersecurity team to spin up cloud resources, then fine-tunes them to ensure they meet business requirements while following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to ensure vulnerabilities are managed and remediated according to company standards
• Participate in the quarterly disaster recovery test and conducts system maintenance activities.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of relevant infrastructure experience, with at least three years of cloud infrastructure administration experience and of professional experience in building, provisioning, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting containerized and distributed environment in Azure and AWS.
• Certifications with Cloud platforms of Azure and/or AWS required.
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine.
