General Summary:
Provide the necessary CMM/Leica Programming skills to support the Company in achieving optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
1. Conduct part layouts meet or exceed dimensional requirements of the customer.
2. Evaluate CMM data for accuracy, prior to submission.
3. Prepare reports for internal and external customers and interface as appropriate.
4. Prepare FAI’s
5. Write CMM programs.
6. Maintain CMM & CMM software in good working order.
7. Provide CMM data for sample part submission.
8. Trains others on proper blueprint reading techniques, appropriate use of gauges, and then use of a CMM.
9. Interface with customers, contractors and suppliers as appropriate.
10. Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities
11. Assist with plant activities to achieve quality, productivity and cost reduction goals.
12. Participate in departmental continuous improvement efforts.
Support the company’s mission, vision and values in performance of daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
