CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job at Highview in the Woodlands
Highview is looking for Multiple Night shift CNAs willing to join us with premium pay in addition to a wage increase every 3 months.
While navigating the tough times of COVID in today’s healthcare we understand individual preference, as we promote vaccination, we do not require it and allow staff to test bi-weekly in place of vaccination.
Qualifications:
- Registered CNA
- High work ethic
- Friendly and compassionate
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, family, and staff members
Responsibilities:
- First and foremost, follow all IDPH regulations
- Provide care and assistance with ADL’s
- Take and record vital signs
- Answer call lights
- Observe resident changes and report to Charge Nurse
- Round and report at the beginning and end of each shift
All candidates must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and remain on their feet for eight (8) hours.
We are currently hiring CNA's for all shifts, but specifically in need of PM's and nights.
