Employee Daycare Rates

• Infants (6 weeks to 15 months) - $133 weekly, $27 daily
• Toddlers (15 months to 2 yrs) - $126 weekly, $26 daily
• 2 years to 3 years - $119 weekly, $25 daily
• 4 years to 5 years - $112 weekly, $23 daily

Position Overview:

We are looking for CNA's to carry out their mission to provide loving excellence in senior care. Our goal is to provide this dignified care to all of our residents in a well maintained, home-like environment. This level of care would not be possible without our compassionate and professional staff. The CNA is a trained, dependable, and compassionate individual that assists in efficiently providing residents care to help maintain individual personal needs, comfort, and skilled care under the supervision of the nursing staff. We are hiring day shift. 6am to 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) aids the professional nursing staff.
• Delivers direct care to patients as directed by the RN or LPN. Always maintains patient comfort and safety.
• Follows all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Represents the facility with integrity and treats every resident with dignity and respect.
• Follows nurse instructions to perform procedures.
• Complies with HIPAA Privacy Act by protecting confidential resident information.
• Follows all policies and procedures to maintain a safe nursing home setting.
• Participate in all training and continuing education.

Requirements

• 
  High school diploma or the equivalent is required
• Illinois CNA certificate is required
• CPR card is required
• Stellar customer service skills are required
• Ability to analyze and solve problems is required
• Ability to work independently with little general supervision is required
• Ability to perform the essential functions and requirements of the job

Physical Demands:

• 
  Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move intermittently.
• Must be able to assist patient to and from bathroom if needed.
• Must be able to assist patient with meals if needed

Loan forgiveness

Hopedale Medical Complex recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. The student loan forgiveness program encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their abilities.

• Individual courses or courses that are part of a degree, license, or certification program must be related to the employee's job duties. HMC administration has the sole discretion to determine the amount of student loan forgiveness and whether a course relates to the employee's current job duties.

• 
  Employees regularly scheduled 30 hours or more per week, who have been employed in good standing for a minimum of 120 days, and who have had no performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions in the previous year, are eligible to apply for student loan forgiveness.
