We are looking for qualified LIVE-IN CARE PROVIDERS that have the same passion and drive that we do to help our clients age safely and happily at home! As an independent contractor, Care Providers negotiate their own rates. Many current LIVE-IN Fair Market Rates have recently been negotiated up to $55,000 annually!

Requirements to Register as an Independently contracted Caregiver:

• Valid Driver's License or Photo ID
• Social Security Card or Employment Tax ID Number
• CNA license, or Home Health Aide Certificate (40 hours minimum training) from a Florida Dept. of Education approved program
• Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints
• Physical within (6) months that states you are FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES (cannot be signed by a Chiropractor)
• CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute)
• HIV/AIDS certificate (minimum 1-hour)
• (CNA/ HHA only) Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication (minimum 2-hour)
• (CNA/ HHA only) Alzheimer’s/ Dementia Training (minimum 2-hour)
• Auto registration and auto insurance if providing transportation
• Previous Employment/ Contract history for the last 5 years
• Professional Liability Insurance (Strongly Suggested)
• Occupational Accident Insurance (Strongly Suggested)
