Pannier is the leading manufacturer of custom fiberglass signs and aluminum exhibit bases for the outdoor signage industry. We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our team at our fabrication facility in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Success in this role enables greater responsibilities and the potential for growth within the company. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience.
Responsibilities
- Work on a daily basis in a manufacturing facility
- Perform daily shop duties as assigned by department supervisor
- Operate CNC router for cut to spec fiberglass/aluminum signage
- Read and understand CAD drawings
- Assist with organization and packaging of signs
- Willing to become forklift certified preferred
- A willingness to learn and a passion for work can be more valuable in this position than experience and prior knowledge—training will be provided for all tasks!
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic CNC operations
- Knowledge of Vetric CNC cutting software
- Knowledge of fabrication processes is a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to communicate and coordinate in a team environment
- Practical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Desire to produce a high-quality product for our customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
