We’re looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Barista that ensures to deliver a unique, world class customer service and coffee experience in our flagship store in West Hollywood.

The Coffee Barista will be Responsible for:

In the role, you will:

• Support a welcoming atmosphere with our coffee products and fully stocked kiosk for our MARCELL VON BERLIN community.
• Prepare all coffee drinks while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Maintain the inventory and disbursement for all and supplies for the General Manager.
• Maintain member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class customer experience, echoing the brand values.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including weights and measures, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We are Looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of as an coffee/juice barista in a coffee shop or juice bar environment.
• Ability to proficiently use POS or any other computer programs required to meet the business needs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the ServSafe certification.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and structured, coupled with a warm and friendly nature.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be able to lift upward of 50lbs.
• Must be able to engage in repetitive motions including lift, pull, push, grasp, and bend.
• Must be able to climb and descend stairs multiple times a day.
• Passion for fashion is wanted, and experience working in retail environment is highly desired.
