We are seeking a technically savvy and well-trained Collision Body & Paint Tech to join or team! The right candidate is a self-motivated individual committed to personal and professional success with the mindset of becoming an integral part of our growth and expansion.

Job Description:

You will be performing collision body and paint repairs as assigned in accordance with manufacture, safety, and insurance standards to include Exterior / Interior, Structural, Chassis, and Components to pre-accident condition.

Job Requirements:

· Previous Collision & Paint experience in Auto Body, Heavy Duty Truck, or RV

· Experience repairing Fiberglass, Metal, Plastic, and Composite Materials

· Ability to perform structural repairs back to OEM specifications

· Fabrication of obsolete body parts / panels

· Remove & Replace parts and accessories

· Experience in all aspects of paint application

Added plus for Industry Certifications, Steel / Aluminum Welding, Electrical, Carpentry

Compensation:

Hourly DOE + Productivity and efficiency bonus
