Collision Shop Technician Assistant Job at Dick Scott Collision
Dick Scott Collision is looking for an Assistant Body Shop Tech (Apprentice). This position includes FREE Training to become a full-time Auto-Body Technician. We are looking for a highly motivated, team player.

Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Team oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment
Responsibilities
- Prep vehicles for body work
- Assist experienced tech with disassembly of vehicle
- Assist experienced tech with repair/replacement of damaged parts
- Assist experienced tech with identification of additional work
- Mix primer and sealer
- Sand and rub
- Clean vehicles prior to estimate
- Assist in preparing vehicle for delivery
- Take any necessary courses
- Work towards becoming a full-time body technician
Qualifications
- Must be motivated
- Education and/or experience in paint repair is a plus
- No experience necessary - will train
- A high school diploma or the equivalent
- Must undergo a background check
- Work well with others
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices
- Positive outlook
