About the Role

Essity Health and Medical Solutions North America is currently looking for an experienced Sales Analyst/SQL Developer who will Provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries. In addition, conduct timely analysis and assist in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. Identify and visualize weak-points and potential to improve efficiency to sales management.

What Will You Do

• Participate in requirements definition, analysis, and the design of data models.

• Participate in data discovery discussions with Business/Clients/Application SMEs and map the business requirements to a data modelling solutions

• Conduct data model reviews with project team members and capture technical metadata

• Ensure database designs efficiently support BI and end user requirements

• Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL

• Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements

• Research required data

• Build appropriate and useful reporting data deliverables

• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements

• Drive continual improvement and enhancement of existing systems

• Collaborate with IT teams to create data process pipelines for data ingestion and transformation

• Perform other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Who You Are

• 5 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role

• Expert in Master Data & BI

• Experience designing and implementing BI data models

• Experience in data modelling or data profiling tools
