The Commercial Service Technician diagnoses and solves HVAC problems efficiently, accurately, and thoroughly. And performs installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of HVAC Equipment. Also, to offer comfort & energy-saving solutions to our clients.
Job duties:
- Ability to run demand service and maintenance calls
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Clean, adjust and repair systems and perform warranty services
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
- Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
- Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Commercial HVAC diagnostic position, and/or two years minimum experience in a Residential HVAC position, with the willingness to train for commercial installs and repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess the company core values
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime and on call if needed.
- Technical skills adequate to diagnose and solve most HVAC problems. The exact skill level will determine the types of jobs we will have the technician run and usually determines the pay scale range a technician will be eligible for.
