As a Sales associate for Quick N Clean car wash, you are the first employee our customers see and talk to. You must provide the best customer service, educate customers on our products, and drive membership sales. At Quick N Clean car wash we pay top commissions for EVERY MEMBERSHIP sold and all commissions get paid every payday.

Averaging two sales an hour you can be making a minimum of $23 an hour. We have monthly contests in which our top salespeople can earn even more!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the sales of the site you are working by upholding our sales standards.
• Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
• Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Schedule:

• Full time Sales Associates will have a five day work week.
• You will get two days off a week.
• Sales associates will typically work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

In performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The team member must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The team member must be able to work in outdoor conditions where temperatures can exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer. The team member may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
