The Position: We're looking for Commissioning Engineering Manager.

• Functional Management for activities related to software Commissioning; Organize the workload of the Department, Supervise all projects (Quality, scope, cost, timing); Manage and monitor KPI of all projects; Support the professional growing of the managed staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Develop the automation engineers team;
• As Functional Manager interface with Project Management Teams (PM ,SM and other Project Leaders) to guarantee the proper Project Execution
• Coordinate with Engineering the proper commissioning strategy
• Define the proper commissioning strategy (E.g. make or buy)
• Coordinate with Engineering the scouting and the definition of the proper Software and Comission suppliers
• Guarantee the compliance with company processes
• Maintain customer relationship, and guarantee the customer satisfaction in technical aspect
• Contribute to long term development of local business and organization;
• Support, align and provide feedback to Proposal and engineering teams looking for continuous improvement
• Responsible for the training of new site employees
• Responsible for site day to day activities
• Develop resources growing plan and resource motivation
• Identify and manage functional risks
• Manage functional KPI
