RRC is seeking a talented Corporate Communications Manager to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages organization's internal/external communications activities including advertising, marketing, media relations etc.
· Creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
· May aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and consumers.
· Coordinates the preparation of company correspondence both internal and external with various departments.
· Ensures that project milestones/goals are met.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
· Requires a bachelor's degree. Will report to the Sr. Vice President.
· Typically requires 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
· Ability to organize corporate communication campaigns
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to plan development and execute projects
· Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
· Ability to maintain confidentiality to all company related information
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent decisive decision-making skills
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
