• Promotes a relationship driven culture by demonstrating and organizing relationship activities in the Branch within general guidelines as established by Corporate Management.

Lending - Adheres to all compliance guidelines to ensure we are in compliance with all the bank's standards. Keeps up-to-date with changes and follows new procedures as implemented.

Deposit Ensures all branch operational compliance and audit reports are being conducted in a timely manner.

Individually - Completes all required training through BVS and lending training by due dates.

Assumes the overall leadership role in the branch by effectively delegating responsibility and authority as appropriate.

• Ensures that the branch is properly staffed by reviewing transaction counts and hours worked.

  Responsible for having a quality staff by overseeing selection and supporting training efforts. Is also responsible for appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and facility management.

• Oversees the daily operations of the branch by having good communication with the Assistant Branch manager and is available for assistance when decisions are needed concerning policy exceptions and special circumstances.

• Oversees branch equipment and facilities and makes certain that maintenance, repairs and updates are made when needed.

May be responsible for the supervision and development of a mortgage lender in their market.
