Job Title: Community Care Assistant ( CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA / HMKR )

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour + $32 per hour Aide Visit Rate!

Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm)

Availability: Starting PT working into FT

Home Health Care, Inc. has several openings for exceptional Community Care Assistants that are seeking autonomy, flexibility, and fulfilling relationships with clients. We are looking for individuals across the Twin Cities for part-time availability and offer an assortment of hourly visits during the day. Successful applicants will have 1 prior year of caregiving experience and have the ability to drive up to a 35 mile radius from home!

Community Care Assistant Benefits:

Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Drive to visit clients in their home for at least 2 hours at a time.
• Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting, and taking part in meetings and in training activities as directed.
• Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.

Community Care Assistant Qualifications:

• 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience REQUIRED!
• Ability to drive up to a 35 mile radius from your home.
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month
