Community Manager

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team.

Axiom Family of Companies is seeking a Community Manager to join our company’s team in the Lee’s Summit, MO area. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the general oversight of an apartment community of less than 150 units. The responsibilities include managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.

Experience & Requirements:

• 1 Year of Multi-Family Community Manager Experience Required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive references
